Women Take the Lead is dedicated to helping women executives, leaders and developing leaders grow their innate leadership skills. We work with a set of principles, or natural laws, that help women take the guesswork out of high performance states of mind, good decision-making and an innovative, fresh approach to problem-solving. We integrate organizational development and leadership coaching in our work with start ups to Fortune 500 Companies.
Women have innate qualities that make them uniquely suited for leadership, and our leadership skills are being called to the forefront of all industries and markets. What, then, holds women back from taking on more leadership roles? Most women don't trust their decisions. Women Take the Lead is designed to take the unconscious competencies natural to women, such as visionary skills, bringing out the best in colleagues, and intuitive capabilities, and turn them into conscious competencies that maximize performance.
Women Take the Lead helps women Lean into Leadership by learning how to:
Is your company culture one of optimism and upliftment, or stress and burnout? Would you like to find a way to help your executives and direct reports maintain the innovative spirit that they had when you hired them? Would you like to have more confidence in the decisions you make? These are the kinds of work/life issues that Women Take the Lead has solutions for.
We provide one-on-one coaching, and trainings for leaders, executive teams and their direct reports. We teach women how to lean into their roles as leaders, by learning to consistently access high performance states of mind, to know when to trust their instincts and the decisions they make, and to leverage their abilities to build relationship and rapport within the company and company clients.
What is it that allows people to remain calm regardless of circumstances, and why does that matter? Many people mistake stress and intensity for seeing the importance of a project and taking it seriously. Research has shown, however, that the more stress a person experiences, the more mistakes and poor decisions they are likely to make.
It's hard to lead well or work well when your stress is high or you're in a low mood. There is a direct correlation between well being and performance in business. The more well being people have, the more that trust and rapport become part of the company culture. This training provides the understanding women need to maximize well being at work.
Everyone has the capacity to be creative, but for many, creativity is a mystery. Others find their creativity slipping away as their minds get full of their tasks at work. This course teaches people how to recognize innate mental states that reliably allow for new, fresh, original thinking and insights that occur "out of the blue." Creativity and performance go hand-in hand; the more innovative a company's leaders and employees, the more productive and successful the company will be. People who receive this training find that they are able to access their creative abilities more frequently and more reliably.
