Women Take the Lead is dedicated to helping women executives, leaders and developing leaders grow their innate leadership skills. We work with a set of principles, or natural laws, that help women take the guesswork out of high performance states of mind, good decision-making and an innovative, fresh approach to problem-solving. We integrate organizational development and leadership coaching in our work with start ups to Fortune 500 Companies.

Women have innate qualities that make them uniquely suited for leadership, and our leadership skills are being called to the forefront of all industries and markets. Women's Leadership Intensive
Sustainable Leadership from the Inside Out

The most important qualities that make for great leaders are innate to women. Many women leaders in business however, are unaware of these innate strengths, and so these resources for leadership are underutilized. Mental habits that create stress and an overemphasis on the analytical, rather than the instinctual function of the mind can take women away from their innate capacities to excel. This training helps women awaken to the natural laws that govern their capacity to function as great leaders in their chosen fields. We will cover:
  • How State of Mind is the key to work performance
  • How to leverage States of Mind that lead to creativity and innovation
  • How to build trust in your capacity for wisdom and good decision-making
  • How to draw on the innate qualities that women have that make them great leaders — the capacity for service, the capacity for global vision, and the capacity for a felt sense for living.

Well Being in the Face of Stress

What is it that allows people to remain calm regardless of circumstances, and why does that matter? Many people mistake stress and intensity for seeing the importance of a project and taking it seriously. Research has shown, however, that the more stress a person experiences, the more mistakes and poor decisions they are likely to make.

It's hard to lead well or work well when your stress is high or you're in a low mood. There is a direct correlation between well being and performance in business. The more well being people have, the more that trust and rapport become part of the company culture. This training provides the understanding women need to maximize well being at work.

Understanding the Creative Mind

Everyone has the capacity to be creative, but for many, creativity is a mystery. Others find their creativity slipping away as their minds get full of their tasks at work. This course teaches people how to recognize innate mental states that reliably allow for new, fresh, original thinking and insights that occur "out of the blue." Creativity and performance go hand-in hand; the more innovative a company's leaders and employees, the more productive and successful the company will be. People who receive this training find that they are able to access their creative abilities more frequently and more reliably.
